“UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motions, ECF Nos 146, 148. Having found following a hearing and by a preponderance of the evidence that the defendant Jeffrey Mckellop is mentally incompetent, the Court hereby Orders that a Psychological examination be conducted according to 18 USC 4241(d)
Accordingly it is:
ORDERED That the defendant be committed to the custody of the Attorney General of the United States Pursuant to 18USC4251(d) for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty(120) days starting from the date of arrival in ta suitable facility for a competency examination and if the defendant is deemed to be incompetent-to determine whether there is a substantial probability that in the unforeseeable future he will attain the capacity to permit the proceedings to go forward. The examination shall be conducted by a licensed or certified psychiatrist and or psychologist or more than one such examiner. A report shall be prepared by the examiner and shall be filed under seal with the Court with copies provided to counsel for the defendant an to the attorney for the Government.

I’ve been here ever since. Exactly when is it that it becomes time served? How long to I stay here. Where is the legal advise and assistance that I’m suppose to receive? When do I sit down and go over the time I might serve? When do I sit down and go through video and evidence that leads up to the actions of people, and to my actions? I’ve only been shown point of contact, and nothing more. I’ve called previous attorney’s and told them about the abuse, and mental issues the facility is conducting on inmates, the lack of Nutrition, Solitary Confinement, on and on.
I’ve seen nothing of the results from the examinations, nor heard any of this crap in court. I’ve not had a chance to speak out in my defense, until I demanded that I speak to the courts about changing douche bag attorney’s.

Seems there are five officers that have come forward and claimed soft tissue damage, and irreparable damage to their man hood. Also there is a woman officer that claims: She’s afraid to go out side, because of J6’ers. David Augustine had to change his job status because of J6’ers coming seeking retaliation. Wow!
I took an oath: TO DEFEND THOSE WHO CAN’T DEFEND THEM SELVES.
