LETTERS FROM PRISON: MARCUS MALY 042124

Dear Barbara,

Hello, and good morning. As I am writing this it is about 9 AM. I hope you are doing good.
My back has been hurting more than normal lately but it’s feeling better right now so I wanted
to catch up on my letters. Because sitting in my chair writing them gets to my back sometimes.
I have been slacking because of it.
Did you see where the House passes a 96 billion dollar spending bill for every other
country but ours? Thats a lot of tax money. I’m not happy about it. Taxation without
representation.

Back to your letter now:

I like the idea of paying it forward. I know that we all need help from time to time and I
know that humbly asking is OK, it’s just hard to do when its it something you normally do. That
reminds me, Jenn told me on the phone about a week ago that the car is acting up again. And I
was like what is it now? She said it was doing the same thing as befor. So someone looked at it
and told her that its the frount C/V joints. That just happens to be exactly what I said it was
from the get go…. So we know what it is now and it will be fixed and I was right. Thank you.
I think that there is systematic rot in all the alphabet agencies too. And it seems to be
perpetual rot too. I just started a book called “Profiles in Corruption” by Peter Schweizer about
how our politicians sold us out and made boat loads of cash in doing so. I think thats what it’s
about anyway. I just started it. I just finished “The Art of the Deal” by Trump. Not what I was
expecting but I did like it. I had been wanting to read it for 8 years now, so I was happy to have
it gifted to me.

Thank you for reminding me of who Henry Flagler was. I knew I knew the name.
As far as taking notes on conditions and policies of prison, I am and i hope to have the
ear of someone in the next administration that might be able to make some changes, or at
least help to do so. In my opinion the biggest thing that needs to change is the charge of
conspiracy. Its a form of a “thought crime”. There are alot of guys in here for not committing a
crime but prosecution made it seem like they were going to or might have. So I hope to help
change that. Or help rather. That would change in the form of a change in the law and not an
easy fix.

What do you think of the parents of that school shooter getting 15 years? I think it was
15 years they got. They make it to where we cant raise our kids without the fear of being in
trouble if we’re not politically correct it then its on the parents when the kid does something like
this kid did. I never went and shot up a school or anything but I thank God that my mom didn’t
get in trouble for the things I did as a kid… I know that there is alot more to the story but it
seems like a not so good road to go down to me. You said that going after family is a play out
of Stalins playbook. I haven’t ever read the actual Communist Manifesto but I will take your
word on it. There are alot of willfully misled people out there. They took the blue pills and we
took the reds.
