Life After J6 Trials – Erik Herrera

Erik Herrera is a 35 year old Patriot from California. He is a very talented photographer and we need to hire him when he is free again!

He has dedicated the last decade practicing photography, and during that time, has also worked with internationally acclaimed artists such as Shlohmo, Reggie Watts, Adan Jodorowsky, and Lil’ Rob.

Erik worked throughout Southern California documenting Chicano culture while continuing to grow his body of work. He has three self-published photography books, and in 2019, was commissioned for the cover of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jane Smiley’s Spanish translation for The Age of Grief, and, awarded one of the first Medium Photo FOCUS Scholarships. From 2020-2022, he continued covering protests, and political rallies, and covered the ongoing border crisis at the southern border in McAllen, Texas; San Diego, California; and inside Tijuana, B.C., Mexico.

On August 19, 2022 Erik was found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding, which is a felony. He was also found guilty of the following misdemeanor charges:

• Entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds
• Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a capitol building
• Disorderly conduct in a capitol building
• Parading, demonstrating or picketing in a capitol building

Of course Erik didn’t hurt anyone or obstruct anything.

Erik was sentenced on January 13, 2023 by one of the most anti Trump DC judges and is serving his 48 month sentence in CA.
