Thank you for your recent letter, I’ve started mailing out a Newsletter about me and some details about my case, also prison life. The information in the Newsletters are all fair game, shareable info, I have nothing to hide.
I’m starting the second phase in my appeal process which covers all the issues my trial lawyer failed to cover or evidence withheld or/and new evidence not available or withheld. Please read the letters attached that I’ve mailed out to my Congressman in Mississippi and Rep. Clay Higgins (R) LA, maybe review the video of what actually happened between me and the DC Metro officer. If you feel so moved I would appreciate it if you wrote the congressman also. I’m only asking for video evidence that doesn’t skip or jump or tell me the video has been manipulated. This very helpful video was from a CCTV camera, withheld from me for about one year and four months after Jan 6 and just 4 days before my trial.
If you would like future updates and would like to review some interesting testimony from my case, let me know. I would be very happy to share it with you.
