Colleen Kollar-Kotelly is a senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She was born on April 17, 1943, in New York City. Judge Kollar-Kotelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Catholic University of America in 1965 and her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in 1968.
