This is a CALL TO ACTION on behalf of Howard Richardson, a J6 detainee #76311-509, being held in FCI Schuylkill, Federal Correctional Institution in Minersville, PA. Howard has reportedly been held in solitary confinement since January 26th. He is being denied commissary and communication.
