Operation Jericho: Letter to Congressman Rosendale

Representative Rosendale,

Today I write to you with a noble purpose for Americans detained illegally in our Nation’s capital. I was honored to speak directly with several individuals incarcerated for events on January 6th, 2021, in Washington, D.C., and received disturbing information that needs to be heard.

We are not asking for specific intervention in their cases, despite all their 6th amendment rights violations. The goal here is simple. These detainees need to be subpoenaed and questioned by scheduled Congressional hearings to truly seek the facts of what happened that day. Congress needs to know. Americans need to know. The detainees need to tell their stories!

This will be a continuing effort on behalf of the Citizens Committee to Restore America, an initiative started to provide leadership and actionable points for citizens who wish to see our great country preserved and restored.

We have decided that you are the ideal individual to initiate action in Congress. You have shown yourself to defend what is right, not just what is politically convenient. As our representative, we are proud to call you ours and feel you have the gravitas required to accomplish this goal.

The video attached is only currently available to you and your congressional allies Marjorie Taylor Green, Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, and others that will bring our request to fruition. We will release a short ‘trailer’ with the full video on Monday afternoon, March 6th. Matt, you will be our leader/warrior in Congress to make the hearings a reality. You will have the lead before the rollout to media and social outlets. Federal detention prevented the information and facts of the detainees from being exposed to Congress and the American people.

Why is the 6th Amendment not being adhered to by the DC Federal judges? Where is the right to be innocent until proven guilty? These Americans were guilty before they walked into the Capitol that day. Juries were not made up of their peers as required by law. The government simply needed names to fill in the subpoenas. So far, a few have been sent to Federal Prisons to serve sentences.

These detainees have had their rights stripped, their donations and support misappropriated, and their homes and valuables taken, yet not one has had a fair trial by a jury of their peers. Testimony in front of Congress will air the truth regarding the events of January 6th and provide sunlight where only shadows currently reside in the minds of Americans. It will make hiding the truth about what is happening more difficult. These Americans are being forcibly silenced in pursuit of the carefully crafted narrative that needs to be exposed for all Americans to see and hear.

Thank you for your time and consideration of this request. We hope you will see this injustice as we do and move to get these detainees heard.

National Alert to America: OPERATION JERICHO 2023

Alerting All Americans and Our Elected Senators and Congressmen

The Citizens Commission to Restore America and MG Paul E Vallely, US Army (Ret), have launched “Operation Jericho 2023” to bring justice to all incarcerated victims of the January 6, 2021, US Capitol protest.

Every American citizen needs to see the miscarriage of Justice carried out by a select House of Representatives Committee to investigate the January 6 Protests. MG Paul E Vallely had the opportunity to speak directly to the detainees about the conditions under which they are being held. The audio trailer is included in the attached video links.

Hear from the detainees as they explain the conditions to MG Vallely and their plea to be heard by Congress under oath. They have asked MG Vallely to appeal to Congress to initiate hearings of the detainees in pursuit of their 6th amendment rights.

Help get our American prisoners heard by Congress. They are being held in unsafe and unsanitary conditions and denied primary medical care; it is well past time to do something about it. Even if you believe they are all guilty, as an American, you should support their rights to a trial, safe conditions while incarcerated, as well as medical care, food, and clean water. This time it is the defendants on January 6th. Next time it could be someone you love and care for. Next time it could be your family dealing with the consequences of an out-of-control judiciary driven by a tyrannical government hell-bent on subjugating your rights in pursuit of their defined greater good.
