Happy Birthday Stacy!

We are pretty sad because Stacy is due to report to prison on September 12th which is pretty soon. We hope that he will have a great celebration with his family and friends.

Stacy, a Christian and patriot who loves America was sentenced to 7 months of prison. It is definitely a very steep sentence for 4 misdemeanors (see below).

Stacy set the record straight when he was interviewed on Tamara Scott’s show here on Frank Speech. He tells about how lonely it was for him for the last 2 1/2 years and we are glad that he finally found the J6 community who will support him during this hard time. He recounts how he felt that God wanted him to go witness the event. He did not see violence where he was or commit any. He emphasized that he would not be part of anything that would be violent. He did not think that he was trespassing in a building that belongs to the American people. Judge Tanya S. Chutkan ignored video evidence that showed that Stacy was allowed in by police who said to him: “Go in, go out!” Stacy thanked him and said: “We love you!” three times. How can someone trespass when they are let in by police? This is the reason so many believe that all this was a setup to be later able to indict President Trump.

Interestingly, Judge Tanya S. Chutkan is the judge that was assigned to President Trump. She is also known as the judge who has levels the harshest sentences in all J6 cases.

His charges:

  • 18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(1) Knowingly entering and remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds without Lawful authority.
  • 18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(2) Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds
  • 40 U.S.C. 5104(e)(2)(D) – Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Ground
  • 40 U.S.C. 5104(e)(2)(G) – Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.
